Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Consulting Services

At Faithful Food Solutions LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:

 

Non-Refundable Services

All consulting services, once rendered, are non-refundable. This includes:

• Strategy sessions

• Coaching calls

• Written reports or deliverables

• Time-based engagements (hourly, daily, or project-based)

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

 

Deposits & Prepayments

• Deposits or prepayments made to secure services are non-refundable, unless cancellation occurs within 48 hours of payment and no services have been rendered.

• If services are canceled by the consultant due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

 

Dissatisfaction & Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of services. We will review your concerns and may offer:

• A partial refund

• A complimentary follow-up session

• Credit toward future services

 

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of:

• Technical errors or double billing

• Service not delivered as agreed in writing
